About Me

I am an associate professor of philosophy at Ashoka University in India. Before that I was a PhD student in Philosophy at University of California San Diego.

In addition to philosophy and teaching, I enjoy cooking, watching movies, reading books, listening to music, and animals in general, especially birds and cats. Here is a picture of me:

I have two cats; Lauren (named after Lauren Bacall) and John (named after John Garfield). Lauren is the tabby cat and John is the black cat. They are siblings. If you want to see more of them, I sometimes post pictures in the Cats Who Live With Philosophers Facebook group.
